Do you know a person can die of a heartbreak?

Too much pressure and angst are exerted onto your nerves to pump more blood. Your heart works endlessly but with the greater amount of work it's doing, it'll eventually break down and come to an abrupt stop.

Death.

Heartbreaks are painful, awfully painful.

I'm pretty sure everyone has been through heartbreaks.

Disappointment. Anguish. Callousness. Stress. You name it.

Sometimes you don't die of the heartbreaks, but you'll end up crazy. Really crazy.

It's really dangerous.

Please take good care of yourselves when I'm away for the long weekend aight friends. Don't forget that I love you all very much esp the gang and Jo.

And also don't forget to look after one another. Even if he/she doesn't want to accept your help, always stand by him/her.

That's what friends are for.
