Friday was the trip to Thow Kwang Pottery. Okay, I forgot what's it called but it had Thow Kwang as the name of the place.

Haha, it sounds like Tuo Guang, which means strip naked in Chinese. HAHA!

Anyhoots, the place has been around for 65 years already. It's at Jalan Bahar, next to NTU. Super cool. It's surronded by lush forests. There were monkeys hanging around and disturbing people.

Super cool.

The Art people went and the Art Club people were also there, to my surprise. So it all started with the guy in maroon as our guide. He explained to us how the Dragon Kiln came about. Yeah, you guys don't know what a Dragon Kiln is, but I do!

HAHA! Too bad.

-_-"

The Art people were standing and chilling at the back of everybody. Too many Art club people.

As usual the China boys were slacking and not listening to the guide. So naughty la!
Someone's ass. Go figure. HAHA!
Chio bu and act-cute Ashley. Haha. We are the 2 slit-eyed people in Art. Super cheena. Gah. Meet myArt buddy, Li Yuan! I'm so surprised he's not camera-shy! So unlike boys I know, so useless and camera-shy. Tsk. Li Yuan is so cute, his eyes are way bigger than mine and he's from China! Unfair.
These are the pottery made by various people, whose names I don't know. Haha. This is the inside of the Dragon Kiln. Super cool and small. And the ceiling is so low, I had to bend, and Ameera was walking around with ease. Bloody hell.
Some weird looking structure, which looks...er...weird but interesting. Haha.
If you see carefully, Mr Lee is on the right, the one without clothes on. His head is sorta covered by the plank. The whole place belongs to him. And he's doing a demonstration for everyone.
Don't look at his body la. Perverts. Look at the clay he's moulding. This is the before.
This is the after. Amazing uh? From a slab of useless-looking clay to an almost useful-looking soon-to-be vase. All applause!

After that, we were given a video to watch. It was about how clay is formed into ceramics. Very cool video. Haha, but super old school la. It's by the company CDIS, ya know, the videos that we used to watch during Primary school. Haha. And then...
Presenting...the China boys! So handsome right? They're 18 this year. I got their numbers? Anyone interested, contact me. Haha.
I absolutely love the colour of the vases, or pots or bowls. Whatever you think they are. Super cool lah the colour combination. Looks really icy but quite firey at the same time. Coolness. Jin's black friends. Jin's family. And you thought you knew everything about her uh? You're so wrong.
My friends. The cat on the left is a male, the cat on the right is a female. If you observe really closely, the right cat has a baby kitten on its right paw.
Okay, they ain't cats, they're lions. But wtf?
I blogged, so stop complaining.
Chao!
