Because I've not been updating, I shall update now. And I'm quite bored right now. I think you are too, because you wouldn't have stumbled onto my blog if you weren't. So, yes.

Earlier today, I was at the Padang with the mother, my brother's gf and Rach. For fun? No. Because we got free tickets to see the NDP preview. It was okay. Drizzled throughout the show. Got everyone looking like retards in ponchos. Me and Rach slept through some parts, because we got too bored.

Oh, and this year's "fun bag" or whatever you call it, looks REALLY good compared to previous years. It's actually quite pretty and I wouldn't mind carrying it around. But just that it's a tote bag, and I rarely carry totes. But I might just consider when I feel girl-y one day. Hmm.





We got seats facing the ... parliament house? I forgot what you call that building. So we ended up facing every performer's ass. The hosts were Gurmit (as usual), Suhaimi (Malay pride!), Denise Keller and Michelle Chia. Oh my god, Denise and Michelle are such pretty people please. So yes, almost all the time I was conversing with Rach (or myself because she ignored me because I was being too irritating) and when she grabs the camera, she never fails to take a dozen candids of people (me), even when I was trying to clean the camera lens.









Then it was my turn for revenge, and all I managed was this. I know I could've done much better. I tried. I really did.








And that's the mother and brother's girlfriend. Where was my brother you ask? Somewhere amongst the pact of army boys situated at the 4 corners of the Padang.

Immediately after the show, we parted with the adults and ran off to Siglap for dinner, soccer and ice-cream. Such pigs. Yay us. And because I've nothing more to add right now, here are pictures of us saying goodnight to you.
